Our training program cultivates a “blame-free” environment for sharing experiences with bias, understanding the effects and outcomes of bias in the workplace, and deploying concrete tools for managing bias at the personal, interpersonal and institutional levels.

A leadership-specific training on an individual (small group) basis to empower principals, leaders, and managers to maximize their potential as equity innovators – and to support leaders to develop a skill-set that allows them to build and implement their own diversity solutions.

This service delivers a comprehensive equity plan to enhance diversity and inclusion at every level of the client company's operations and programming. It offers an immersive D&I consultation platform that includes both an assessment of the client's operations and management structure (including HR manuals, hiring and retention policies, job descriptions, and labor policies) for equity gaps and risks, as well as a customized operations and management retrofit to enhance institutional equity and to shore up internal policies and practices that create equity liabilities.

They worked closely with me in identifying an investigation plan and developing legal arguments in support of a motion to dismiss for selective prosecution.
