Ending over-policing, racial profiling and excessive force is the endgame, but it takes commitment because the courts have made it difficult to prove that police intentionally target vulnerable communities and people of color. 

Civil Rights LA will win that battle in the courts because we have the experience, grit, intelligence, and fortitude to persuade judges, convince juries, and bring the police into compliance with the law.
